Participants will be kept entertained & focused while they learn new exciting skills professionally taught by our experienced coaches: Chloe, Rachel, Jas, Aislinn Plea …morese see below a typical Gymnastrix holiday camp timetable: - Gymnastic based warm up games & introduction - Full body Stretches/ flexibility work - Pre requisite strength skills- Skill focus 1 - Break - Skill focus workshop 2 (Egg hunt instead on Thursday 2nd) - 12pm Lunch Time - Free play outdoors - Arts & Crafts (Egg hunt instead on Tuesday 31st) - Skill focus workshop 3 - Awards & achievements ✨ We as coaches strive to help all participants meet their individual Gymnastics/ Acro goals by providing a safe environment with professional equipment & physical support. * Please ensure that your child has a packed lunch, drink & snacks to keep them fuelled throughout the active day! 🍎 (Please do not send your child in with any food containing Nuts) * Please ensure your child has appropriate sports wear to allow them to participate in all gymnastic/ acro activities.🤸‍♀️ * Please provided them with trainers for the occasions of going outdoors especially on Tuesday 30th March & Thursday 2nd April as we plan to hold our Easter Egg Hunt outdoors! 🐣 * Don’t forget to bring your Gymnastrix Gemstone Award Booklet!
